The Cross Fit Lair operates in Unity Sask.  They currently rent 2 separate buildings, one for the Cross Fit Gym, and one for regular gym equipment.  The goal was to design a facility that encompasses both a public use gym with private/public entrances, as well as a large Cross Fit facility complete with Rowing Room.  Design challenges accomplished and currently under construction.
